As the owner or a legal representative of the owner of the property you are submitting your property as a non-exclusive bases authorizing Take 1 Locations to market your property for short or long term rentals
Property owner or a legal representative of the owner of the property shall receive 70% of total rental fee and Take 1 Locations will receive 30% as an Agent. This agreement is a 70/30 split between the Home Owner or legal representative and Take 1 Locations as an agent.
Property owner or a legal representative of the owner of the property has complete right to refuse any project they may not agree to. No agreement is final until rental agreement is executed by all three parties, (Property owner or a legal representative of the owner of the property, Lessee and Take 1 Location as an agent.)
